We will look after all your data securely. Any information you give us about yourself will be stored by us and may be disclosed to, processed and used by ourselves, or Squarespace and their partners who assist us in providing services to you. We may use the information to confirm identity or credit details, for fraud prevention purposes but nothing more.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Outré Disque in association with Squarespace and their partners sell physical products to you subject to the terms and conditions set out below. By using Outré Disque, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

POSTAGE

You can choose different postage options and check prices at checkout.

STOCK

We only sell brand new products, not used items.

If an item is marked out of stock then it is unavailable. We aim to not charge for items which are unavailable. Should stock become available in the future it will be reflected in the website as available and most likely advertised through our social media accounts.

DELIVERY TIME

We aim to process orders within one working day using Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class post. Overseas orders will be sent by standard Air Mail. We will send you an email when your order has been dispatched.

On average:

UK customers - Orders should be with you within two days of dispatch.

European customers - Orders should be with you within three/four days of dispatch.

Rest of World customers - Orders should be with you within four/five days of dispatch.

Please note - These are advisory timings from Royal Mail and unfortunately there are sometimes delays with postage beyond our control. We advise you to keep us informed by email at office@outredisque.com if your order appears late.

SENDING THE ORDER

Find the item(s) you want using the site search facility if available, and add the product(s) to the Cart. Press the “Add to Cart” button, then navigate to the “Cart” using the icon located at the to-right of the page. Here you will be asked to confirm product and quantities before heading to the “Checkout” where you will be asked for your personal details and payment means before placing the order.

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been accepted; this email will tell you that you're due to receive a second email when we dispatch your order. Your account is debited when the order is placed.

SECURE WEB ORDER & CREDIT CARD

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Paypal for payment, though we may be offering other payment methods in future. Your account is debited when the order is placed.

Credit card fraud attempts will be reported to the authorities.

When entering credit card details take care that they are correct as this is the most common way to delay your order. The credit card number is the long number across the middle of the card, (NOT the "Card No." printed at the bottom) and should contain no letters. Enter the expiry date (NOT the "valid from" date). Switch/Maestro users must also include the issue number.

CANCELLATIONS

If you want to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. It may be that your order has already been dispatched so we are unable to stop it. We cannot guarantee to cancel items from an order. The only opportunity we have to cancel is before posting, so we recommend you contact us within one working day of placing the order.

GUARANTEES AND RETURNS

All items are guaranteed to be brand new and should reach you in perfect condition.

We will only replace items that are defective, or sent in error.

This is subject to the buyer notifying the company within five working days of receipt of the goods and giving a description of the damage / defect. Do not send items back without our permission.

You do however have the right to return items to us FOR ANY REASON within thirty days, and we will refund you for the original amount debited. Items must be unused and unopened.

Report faulty items by email to office@outredisque.com and we will send you return instructions.

THE WEBSITE

Obviously we want this website to be available around the world, 24/7 but this is not always possible. We will do our best to maintain access.

We publish the Outré Disque website for the use and viewing of all interested parties, but its entire contents, text, data files and images are copyright and may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.

Please do not attempt to fiddle, break, hack or alter our site - It took a team of code monkeys weeks to put together with love and respect for you, our valued customers, artists and associates.

"Parental Advisory Warning" - It is possible that, from time to time, some people might regard our work as unsuitable for minors under the age of 18, although we do not hold this view. If you are under the age of 18, you should consider reviewing these terms and conditions with your parent or guardian first. Parents, please view the site and listen to its content at your own discretion and allow access accordingly. Please understand that we cannot be held liable for material you deem to be unsuitable.

OUR CONTRACT

When you place an order to purchase an item from us, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order and how to collect item(s). Your order represents an offer to us to purchase an item, which is accepted by us when we send email confirmation that we've made that product available to you. That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Order Confirmation Email to you.

AVAILABILITY

We stock-check regularly and are confident that if an item shows as available for purchase we have it in stock. Should our systems fail and you are charged for an unavailable item you will be refunded without question.

ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If, after contacting us, you still feel you have a dispute about the goods and services provided to you, you can use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform to attempt to resolve the matter. The platform will send your complaint to a certified Alternative Dispute Resolution Provider who works to solve the problem, it is an alternative to pursuing a case through the courts.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
